| When will I receive my download? |
| Upon purchasing the download, only one per e-mail address, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail containing an activation code, please keep this safe. If you have any problems please e-mail our customer service team, quoting your order number, on support @ kaada.no who will then investigate the matter for you. |

| We use PAYPAL to handle our payments.
Paypal accept payment by all major credit cards and debit cards. If you don't want to make an account, you can just click "If you do not currently have a PayPal account" BUTTON, and you can pay with VISA and other major creditcards. |
| I haven't received any emails from you after I ordered |
| If so, you have given us the wrong email address when you filled out the form! This happens all the time. The other thing, that might have happed is that our server is down. This happens very rarely though. Send us an email and ask. We will answer you as quickly as we can support @ kaada.no |

| Are there any additional costs? |
| A transaction fee might be added. This will be shown at the checkout as "Shipment & handling". |
| What if a product is out of stock? |
| It is our goal to keep stock on all items that are featured on our site. However, on the occasion that we are out of stock on a particular item, our customer service department will e-mail you. You will then have the choice of having the backordered item ship when available or canceling the item. |
| What if I need to return a product? |
| We will accept returns when the article has an obvious fabrication damage but not for ordering the wrong size. Mail to: support @ kaada.no before you send something back. |
| Can I return/exchange an item purchased at one of the shows? |
| Unfortunately we can only accept returns/exchanges for merchandise purchased at our homepages. |

| HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE THE CDS |
| Depends on where you live. We ship as fast as we can. Usually within a day, but sometimes more. Sit back, relax, and wait 1-4 weeks (depends on shipping method and destination) for your order to arrive. When it does, rip it open and enjoy yourself. |
| What do I do if the goods I ordered haven't arrived? |
| The first thing you should do if the discbox hasn’t arrived even though we’ve emailed you telling you it’s been sent, is to contact your local postal delivery office to see if they are holding your goods for you. If the postal delivery office hasn’t been able to help you, email our customer service team on web-shop (at) kaada.no who will then investigate the matter for you. |
